If you decide to give it a go start from his beginning podcast. back in dec 2005. as they build on each other....You can also download him from itunes to your ipod for free. In fact as far as I can tell he is not trying to sell anything. I have been listening to him for about a month and am using his wisdom to quiet my mind so I can keep from binging (mostly) as I switch from my diet to Intuitive Eating. I have started a blog to about my journey........because as you say it helps me keep going.

Heres my blog incase you want to check out my journey
http://cheshiresintuitiveeatingjourney.blogspot.com/
I also have started posting on peaches and cream. I'm learning much from your blog thanks. I have only been ...It has been a bit scary so far. I have only been able to get myself to meditate or do yoga about half of the days. But that is a lot more often than I was doing those things before, which was almost never. And I am ok with that. Actually, I'm happy about it. I'm kicking that all or nothing mentality right out of my life!Tree Loverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03729430128113547706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8568018299090801097.post-39328889846217987512007-05-12T02:34:00.000-07:002007-05-12T02:34:00.000-07:00Well done on taking the first steps towards living...Well done on taking the first steps towards living your life the way you've always wanted. Sounds like it'll be a bit scary and difficult - but the things that are worthwhile in life often are, aren't they? Best of luck with it!glhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09609964991711599169noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8568018299090801097.post-92049317860177741492007-05-11T06:00:00.000-07:002007-05-11T06:00:00.000-07:00I can so relate. I also fear that if I really open...I can so relate. I also fear that if I really open up and get to the bottom of the issues that cause me to compulsively eat, I will be opening Pandora's Box. If I figure out what I REALLY want and need to be happy, will it mean making momentous changes? And what about the people in my life -- what will it mean for them? Scary stuff.

For years I've been wanting to meditate, but have never been able to take that leap. Your post is inspiring me to take that challenge, too.Vashta Naradahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18226872593870131074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8568018299090801097.post-92174669814733701782007-05-10T06:25:00.000-07:002007-05-10T06:25:00.000-07:00Sigh. . .
